- Encourage environmentally friendly mobility (electric terminal, bicycle parking, etc.)

2008
START OF A LONG STORY
Passionate about motor sports, Michaël and Jérémy, partners and friends, once again have their quads immobilized because of broken bearings.
They spend their Friday looking for these bearings which seem to be unobtainable. They finally find them, but only in large quantities. They have an idea in mind: to sell on Ebay the remaining bearings.
From Monday, already several orders: it is certain, there is something to do: 123Roulement is launched.

PURCHASE OF SIMPLY BEARINGS COMPANY
The Rollakin Group, owner of the pure player specializing in online sales of bearings and transmission parts 123Roulement, acquires its British counterpart Simply Bearings Ltd.
A Strategic Acquisition for the Local and International Market
The acquisition of Simply Bearings allows Rollakin to accelerate its development in the United Kingdom, strengthen its presence in the American market, and continue its international development, which now accounts for more than 50% of its revenue.
Founded in 2004 near Manchester in the United Kingdom, Simply Bearings has a positioning equivalent to that of 123Roulement across the Channel, both in its digital DNA and its specialization in technical product ranges, its customer types, and its supplier networks.
The company employs nearly 50 people. These many similarities will allow for a smooth progressive integration within the Rollakin Group, which now establishes itself as a leading paneuropean digital pure player in the specialized distribution of technical parts.
Future Prospects
Rollakin thus doubles in size three years after its takeover, fully reflecting both the success of the managerial transition organized around Pierre Seznec and the relevance of its development plan implemented.
